Olympic gold medalist Carmelita Jeter joins coaching staff at University of Alabama Three-time Olympic medalist, world champion and world record-holder Carmelita Jeter has been named to the University of Alabama track and field staff as an assistant coach. She heads to Tuscaloosa following a two-year stint as associate head coach with Missouri State University women's track and field program.
