About

The John Davis Award is presented annually to recognize the humanitarian efforts of an official who provides leadership, sets an example, and goes out of their way to help in the development of others in the USATF officials organization.

Criteria for Nomination

• A Master Level Official in good standing with the association in which they are certified; with the National Officials Committee; and with USATF
• A certified USATF running events official for at least ten years
• Recognized by peers for excellence, achievement, leadership, and fellowship in humanitarian efforts to espouse the developmental welfare of others through USATF and its various programs
• Members of the Officials Hall of Fame are not eligible
